To apply for an extension, your account must meet these two (2) requirements.

1. Your account must not be in arrears.

2. You must apply before or on your due date.

Terms of the utility bill extension

1. This extension is valid for fifteen (15) calendar days after the original due date.

2. The new total due will be the original bill amount plus 5%.

3. 4 Extensions may be granted per calendar year.

4. If the bill is not paid in full by the extended due date, no further extensions will be granted that calendar year.

5. This extension is not valid until you receive a confirmation email or phone call from our Customer Service department.
