As part of the Electronic Information Technology Accessibility (EITA) 2026 Implementation Project, we are assessing the accessibility of software and applications used across the college. Enterprise-wide software and applications (such as Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, Brightspace, Finance Enterprise, and Banner) are already being captured through IT. However, we recognize that many departments and individuals use additional tools that may not be centrally managed.
We need your help in providing information on the software and applications used within your department to ensure that we have a complete picture for the assessment phase of this project. The goal is not to catch anyone using the “wrong” tools, but rather to support departments in making sure that the software they rely on is accessible. This will help ensure that faculty, staff, and students – including those with disabilities – can fully engage with these tools in their academic and work-related activities.
