On behalf of Harvestime Temple, Nathaniel's Hope and Uniquely You Magazine, we'd like to say thank you for registering as a Resource Exhibitor at our upcoming MAKE 'm SMILE Ohio PARTY. We're excited to have you there to help us celebrate all the community VIPs who will be in attendance and to connect you further into our local community.

The event details are as follows:

Registration Details:

$35 Exhibitor Fee - Includes one 6 foot table

***Exhibitors will provide their own chairs and tents as needed***

Upon receipt of your registration form, invoices will be sent via email and payments will be made using Credit Card
