Prom 2026 Guest Permission Form
Before Purchasing a Ticket:
• It is the responsibility of the Wando High School student to make sure this Guest Permission Form is completed and signed, PRIOR to the purchase of a ticket. • Each Wando High School student and their one guest must sign that they will adhere to the event rules (Listed Below). FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY FRIDAY 4/16.
Event Rules for Wando High School (click each rule after you have read them thoroughly)*
Once you enter the event, you must remain in the event location until you are ready to leave for the evening. When leaving, you must leave the grounds and may not return. No loitering is allowed in the parking lot.
Students who do not drive themselves to the event must be picked up no later than 15 minutes after the end of the event.
All guests must have a valid picture ID to verify eligibility to attend an event.
Any person suspended or expelled from Charleston County School District or any other school district may not attend any school function.
Middle school students are not permitted to attend; all guests must be under 21 years old. Prospective guests not attending high school will be approved on an individual basis. All information must be accurate and complete before approval may be considered.
Please do not leave valuables unattended. The school assumes no responsibility for loss or theft of items.
Students are to remember that the Charleston County School District Student Code of Conduct applies to all participants at any school function, including events outside of school hours. Failure to comply with the rules may result in potential loss of after-school activities and events or other disciplinary action including loss of parking, and inability to walk at graduation.
