Mobile Food Vendor Application Community Summer Celebration

We’re excited to invite food vendors to join us for the Community Summer Celebration on July 5, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM! This event is a great opportunity to showcase your delicious food and be a part of a fun-filled community gathering, topped off with a spectacular fireworks display!

Deadline to apply is March 28, 2025.

Please fill out the application below to be considered for participation.

Set-Up Time:

All vendors must be on site and ready to serve at least 2 hours prior to the event. Please confirm your set-up time. - Can set up earlier if requested.

Electrical Needs (if any):

Food vendor is responsible for their own power supply and electrical needs.

Application Agreement:
By submitting this application, I agree to the following:

1. Set-Up Time: I will arrive at least 2 hours before the event to set up my food truck.

2. Permits: I will comply with all food safety regulations and will obtain the City of Mount Pleasant Mobile Food Vending Permit per municipal code requirements. Vendors that hold a State permit are only subject to a City inspection. Proof required.

3. Event Schedule: I understand that the event runs from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a fireworks show ending at 9:00 PM. I agree to remain open for the duration of the event.

4. Payment Terms: There will be no charge for this event outside of the Mobile Food Vending Permit charge.

Completion of this application is only to be considered for participation. We will notify selected vendors with further details about the event.
