    BY SIGNING THE CONTRACT BELOW THE EXHIBITOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

    We confirm our reservation for the space at Sustainability in Drinks 2025
    We agree with the Sustainability in Drinks exhibitor package as outlined on the SID web site
    UK VAT at 20% is payable on all invoices as the event is based in the UK

  • Terms: 

    Invoice will be sent on receipt of signed contract. Full payment due 30 days from invoice or on 1st September 2025 whichever is the sooner.

    The organisers reserve the right to change the date and venue 

    The organisers reserve the right to reject any contract if deemed unsuitable for the event

    Under no circumstances will an exhibitor be allowed to take part in the exhibition if an invoice is unpaid.

    Exhibitors must have their own public liability insurance with a minimum of £5 million.

    Cancellation terms: 

    Between contract receipt and 1st August 2025 a cancellation fee of 30% of total cost + VAT will be charged. From 1st August 2025 a cancellation fee of 100% of total cost + VAT will be charged
