To be used by school staffs for in-school professional staff development. Each school has up to $600 available to use. Schools may apply for additional funds by providing a detailed plan to the Professional Development Committee, at least 30 days in advance.

Each Teacher-Presenter is entitled to:
- 1/2 day for planning time beforehand, (Must be pre-approved and used before April 31, 2026), and
- time for time compensatory day. This must be used prior to December 31, 2026.
