Registration

This registration form is for the use of Ministry Personnel, Elected Lay Representatives of Communities of Faith, Guests, and Staff who are planning to attend the 2025 Annual Meeting.

Please complete all relevant sections of the form and be sure to click on the "Submit" button at the very end.

Please note that early-bird pricing extended only until April 20.
The registration deadline is May 10, 2025.

Meeting Details and Costs

Attendance Options:

The full four-day programme of the Meeting will only be available in-person. However, certain portions of the Meeting will also be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person. Full details about virtual attendance will be finalized soon. There will be a $75 fee for virtual attendees.

Accommodation:

Representatives and Guests are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. We do have hotel recommendations which will be posted to the website page.

Registration Fees:

In-Person Adult: $200
In-Person Youth (12 - 17 years old): 125$
In-Person Child (under 12): 100$

For in-person attendees, the registration fee of $200 includes all meals, as well as other Meeting materials.
Please note that there will not be formal youth or children programs at the annual meeting. There will be activity/craft materials available for youth and children who wish to attend and join in the meeting space.

If your child is too young to attend the meeting or if arranging for childcare is a barrier to your attendance, please contact the office.

Payment Options:

1. E-transfer: please send your registration fee by eTransfer to NorthernSpirit@united-church.ca. *Make sure to indicate your name and that you are paying your Annual Meeting Registration in the memo line.

2. Via Cheque: please mail & make cheque payable to: Northern Spirit Regional Council, 8510 95 ave NW, Edmonton AB, T6C 1Y7.

Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received.

There will be no refund for cancellation after May 10, 2025.

Also please note if you pay the 75$ for online attendance, you will not be included in in-person arrangements, and we will not be able to accomodate a change in attendance past the registration deadline.
