1. I, my heirs, and any legal representatives hereby agree to irrevocably waive and release Vinya Enterprises, Inc. and all of its owners, employees, and representatives from all liability, claims, damages, or injuries directly or indirectly arising from my participation in any programs offered, including but not limited to any virus-related illness and/or any harm incurred while on or around our premises.

2. I understand yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress management, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, I understand the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

3. I certify that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition which would prevent my participation or increase my risk of injury and/or illness as a result of partaking in a yoga program. I acknowledge that I am participating in this program voluntarily at my own risk with or without the approval of my physician.

4. I understand that I may receive physical assists to enhance or adjust my body posture and that essential oils may be used during class. I take responsibility for alerting the instructor of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or sensitivities before class begins. I am also responsible for making the instructor aware of any part of my body that should be avoided due to injury or if I prefer not being touched at all.

5. I will silence my phone and assume responsibility for securing all personal belongings and valuables during class and agree that Vinya Enterprises, Inc. and all instructors are in no way responsible for the loss or damage of any of my belongings.

6. I understand photos and/or videos may be taken while I am on premises and grant permission for them to be used in public space.

7. I agree that any fees paid are non-refundable.

8. If I am under the age of 18, my parent or guardian will agree to these terms on my behalf.

I have read this waiver of liability form and fully understand and agree to the above terms. I am legally able to sign this agreement and do so voluntarily via the online portal. I recognize that my signature serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowable by law.
