2025 Kiddie Parade Form

Saturday, May 24th, 2025 • Parade Line-up: 6:30 at Frontier Middle School, Moses Lake • Parade ends at Sinkiuse Square, awards ceremony to follow.
APPLICATION DEADLINE: May 17th

No fees to participate but registration is strongly encouraged. Candy can be tossed lightly, not from 4wheelers or bikes. If you have any specific questions about Kiddie Parade entries please email: Brittney Ketterer (littlebrittney85@gmail.com).

*Note: photos and/or video will be taken of parade entries, your participation gives Spring Festival persmission to use photos and/or video for promotional and/or advertising purposes.

We encourage children to dress up in fun outfits and/or costumes, they can even decorate their 4-wheelers and bikes. Please no scary costumes or political signs, only school appropriate costumes will be accepted. Let's BRING ON THE FUN!

Prizes will be awarded after the parade for: Best Dressed, Best Decorated 4-Wheeler or Bike, Most Patriotic.

PARADE ANNOUNCEMENT

Please describe your entry in detail, this will be announced as your entry passes by the judges. Include: names of individuals riding in your entry, description of costumes/uniforms, cultural or ethnic representation, past appearances or awards, years in existence as a group or organization, any special interest story that makes your entry unique. If you have any names that are unusual please show how to pronounce them.

Moses Lake Spring Festival Parade Committee reserves the right to refuse any aplication. Please arrive to Frontier Middle School at 6:30pm on Saturday, May 24th before start of the parade to get lined up.
DISCLAIMER/HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
The undersigned hereby accepts and assumes any and all risks, claims, actions and damages, direct or indirect, which the undersigned may incur as the result of participation in any event or activity that is sanctioned by Moses Lake Spring Festival. I expressly agree that I will hold Moses Lake Spring Festival, its board of directors, the City of Moses Lake and all their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns harmless, and otherwise idemnify the same, from and a against any such risk, claim, action or damage arising from my participation in any such event. It is my expressed intention that this disclaimer and hold harmless agreement be binding upon my agent, representatives, heirs and assigns. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to the Moses Lake Spring Festival, City of Moses Lake and /or their agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
