CANCELATION and REUND POLICY: Emergency Cancellations: If canceling within 14 days due to a documented emergency (e.g., illness or family emergency), families may choose: A full camp credit towards a different week or a 50% refund with supporting documentation (e.g., doctor’s note or proof of emergency). Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the camp start date. If We Cancel: If Victory Creative Learning cancels a camp due to low enrollment or other emergencies, families will receive a 100% refund minus processing fees. To cancel, email us at support@victorycreativelearning.com with your child’s name, camp session details, and the reason. For emergencies, attach the required documentation. This policy balances fairness and flexibility while addressing unexpected events.*
