VENDOR NOTE:
Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse any application.
Only one independent consultant per direct sales company will be allowed.
All merchandise should be new, hand crafted, or refurbished crafts.
No reselling of used items/flea market booths.
Crafters please understand that there may be others that have similar items.
This is an outdoor event….tents, tables, chairs and electricity are not provided.
All spaces are 10x10
ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE OUTDOORS.
In the event of rain we will make every attempt to move all vendors inside to a visible space and will proceed as scheduled.
Auction Donation
There is no fee to attend, but all vendors are required to donate an item or basket for our silent auction. We ask that each basket have a ticket/retail value of $25–$50 or more (sale value, not your cost of goods). Gift cards are acceptable as part of a basket, and discounts for services may also be included, as long as they do not represent the full value. For example, you may offer 50% off a spa service along with a basket that includes a few spa-related items.
You are also welcome to host your own raffles at your booth for prizes in addition to our auction items.
Items may be dropped off anytime prior to May 1st. We must receive your auction item by May 1st to reserve your spot. We will be listing items on an online auction platform on Monday, May 4th. If you are unable to drop off an item, you may send a gift card (not a discount coupon) or a $25 donation, which will be used to purchase auction items.
All auction proceeds benefit Faith and Friends Preschool and help fund field trips and activities for our students.
Community and Non-Profit Organizations:
Organizations may set up a table or booth to share information.
They are not required to provide an auction item but are asked to offer a children’s activity or giveaway.
