Spring Fling Application

  • Spring Fling 2026

    This event will take place rain or shine Friday May 8th from 4:30pm-8pm at the Elysburg Presbyterian Church 320 W Valley Ave, Elysburg, PA 17824.

  • Set up will be Friday from 2:00-4:15.
    All vendor vehicles are to be out of the drop-off area 
    and in the parking area by 4:15.
    If you require a different set up time, please contact Kristan at the number below.

     

    Our Walk 'n' Roll will begin at 4:30pm and most people are at there for the first 15-30 minutes cheering the kids on. There will be preschool families arriving between 4:00-4:30pm but booths do not need to be ready right at 4:30 so feel free to use the time between 4:15-4:45 for addational setup time, we just need all vehicles moved prior to 4:15 so they are out of the way before the fun run begins.

  • VENDOR NOTE:

    Spaces fill on a first come - first served basis.

    We reserve the right to refuse any application.

    Only one independent consultant per direct sales company will be allowed.

    All merchandise should be new, hand crafted, or refurbished crafts.

    No reselling of used items/flea market booths.

    Crafters please understand that there may be others that have similar items.

    This is an outdoor event….tents, tables, chairs and electricity are not provided.

    ALL BOOTH SPACES ARE OUTDOORS.

    In the event of rain we will make every attempt to move all vendors inside to a visible space and will proceed as scheduled.

     

    Auction Donation

    There is no fee to attend, but all vendors are required to donate an item or basket for our silent auction. We ask that each basket have a ticket/retail value of $25–$50 or more (sale value, not your cost of goods). Gift cards are acceptable as part of a basket, and discounts for services may also be included, as long as they do not represent the full value. For example, you may offer 50% off a spa service along with a basket that includes a few spa-related items.

    You are also welcome to host your own raffles at your booth for prizes in addition to our auction items.

    Items may be dropped off anytime prior to May 1st. We must receive your auction item by May 1st to reserve your spot. We will be listing items on an online auction platform on Monday, May 4th. If you are unable to drop off an item, you may send a gift card (not a discount coupon) or a $25 donation, which will be used to purchase auction items.

    All auction proceeds benefit Faith and Friends Preschool and help fund field trips and activities for our students.

     

    Community and Non-Profit Organizations:

    Organizations may set up a table or booth to share information.

    They are not required to provide an auction item but are asked to offer a children’s activity or giveaway.

  • Acceptance Terms:

    Selected vendors will receive an acceptance email. If you are the second vendor of a company we will place you on a waitlist and you will be notified if the spots opens. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.

  • Booth Specifics:

    You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. Because this event is outside, we HIGHLY encourage a popup canopy with sides--please be sure to bring weights for your canopy.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    This event will be held rain or shine. If you are unable to attend for any reason please let us know so we may offer your spot to another business. You will get a reminder email the week before the event to confirm you are still coming.

  • By signing below, I understand that as a vendor/crafter at the Spring Fling Festival, I hereby release the Elysburg Presbyterian Church and Faith and Friends Preschool from any responsibility due to personal injury, loss due to theft or damage from water, fire or otherwise around the space I have rented. The Elysburg Presbyterian Church and Faith and Friends Preschool shall not be liable for any damage done by me or my workers to any person attending the event or their property. I understand my property is placed at Elysburg Presbyterian Church and Faith and Friends Preschool Grounds at my own risk.
