    Booths are first come, first served basis. Premier placement for Event Sponsors.

    Tables provided but are limited. You're welcome to bring your own table but must be 6 ft with table cloth and please indicate this in your description.

    Food Vendor-Outdoors (Food Truck-Cook on spot). Non TCR Member- Please offer special meal price $10.00 or less to your menu. Offer a door prize to be announced and attendees directed to booth. MUST submit food handling license.

  • Important Event Information

    All vendors must attend a virtual meeting prior to the event and be contacted via call and email for zoom link.  We will answer questions and go over layout.

    Booth must remain up to 3PM

    Event begins at 10 AM on Saturday September 12, 2026, and ends at 3:00PM. Booth setup begins Friday, September 11, 2026 at 5:00 pm or Sat 7:30 AM and completed no later than 9:00 AM (strictly enforced). Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Food vendors must provide, permits, food and heating equipment (outside Food Trucks).
