Important Event Information
All vendors must attend a virtual meeting prior to the event and be contacted via call and email for zoom link. We will answer questions and go over layout.
Booth must remain up to 3PM
Event begins at 10 AM on APRIL 18TH, 2026, and ends at 3:00PM. Booth setup begins at 8:30AM. Booths must be completed no later than 9:30 AM. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide, permits,food and heating equipment (outside food truck).
