Terms and Conditions
1. All requests must be made at least 7 working days, but no more than 2 months in advance and in agreement with the Galway Sports Partnership Office.

2. Collection of equipment is to be at a date pre-arranged with a staff member in charge who issues the equipment.

3. The borrower is advised to check all equipment prior to signing it out. He/she shall be responsible for the equipment loaned and the return of same in good condition.

4. The borrower must ensure supervision at all times of those using equipment.

5. Any damage or loss of equipment must be reported to Galway Sports Partnership in writing. The borrower shall be held responsible for all damage or loss of equipment and will be requested to replace all equipment damaged or lost immediately.

6. The equipment loaned is to be returned to Galway Sports Partnership Office on the date agreed

7. The borrower must have adequate insurance in place for use of equipment and activities taking place.
