  • Travel included within 40 miles of central DFW. Beyond that, travel is $1.52 per mile per photographer, rounded to the nearest $10 and calculated automatically. Travel under $20 is waived.

  • Over 100 miles: we will include a custom travel quote with your proposal. Travel is not included in the price shown here.

  • Step 2 of 4: Your Package

    Choose your coverage hours and photographers.

  • Coverage Examples: Weddings

    4 Hours: ceremony, family photos and portraits, and a few reception moments.
    5 Hours: micro-weddings with a short reception.
    6 Hours: pre-ceremony, ceremony, portraits, and about 3 hours of reception.
    8 Hours (most popular): getting ready through most of the reception.
    10 Hours: getting ready through the grand exit.
    12 Hours: full-day coverage for cultural events, multiple locations, or split timelines.

  • Coverage Examples: Private Events

    2 Hours: birthdays, showers, and small gatherings.
    4 Hours: parties with a short reception, a meal, or a cake and punch reception.
    6 Hours: longer celebrations and milestone events.
    8 Hours: full-day events.

  • Coverage Examples: Proposals & Elopements

    2 Hours (most popular): proposal or elopement plus portraits and photos with family or friends.
    3 Hours: elopement. Vows, portraits, and a small celebration.

  • Holiday dates require 6+ hours of coverage. Your quote has been set to the 6-hour minimum for your event date. Please increase your hours to 6 or more.

  • Events with 150+ guests require a second photographer. Please select 2 Photographers above. Our project manager will confirm your coverage with you.

  • Most events with 100+ guests book a second photographer for full coverage. We recommend adding one.
