    Help Shape Dubuque's Future: Select the 10 Ideas That Will Transform Our Community by 2030

Your application will be evaluated based solely on your responses to the questions that follow, without any identifying information. Please do not include your name, workplace, or other details that would reveal your identity in any of your responses on the following pages.

  • Thank you for your interest in serving on the Envision 2030 Selection Committee. This committee will play a critical role in determining the future of Dubuque by narrowing down community-submitted ideas to the final ten projects that will be implemented by 2030.

    Committee Responsibilities:

    • Review and evaluate submitted ideas based on established criteria
    • Attend four meetings per month from August through September 2025
    • Help narrow the list of 30 ideas to the final 10 ideas
    • Commit to an unbiased approach that considers the entire community's interests
    • Participate in public announcement of committee membership

     

    Time Commitment: Approximately 12-16 hours per month from August through September 2025. Meetings will be held during evening hours on weekdays. 

     

    Note: Members of the Envision 2030 Steering Committee are not eligible to serve on the Selection Committee.
