  • Strength Foundations Bundle

    Three in-person sessions to learn the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift. Includes written workouts to do in between sessions. Sessions will be 45-60 minutes and take place at B&W Gym (Corner of Clark & Ridge; 5920 N Ridge Ave; 15 min walk from Thorndale Red Line Station, 22 and 84 buses drop off on the block)
