    Below is a checklist of the documents we require to secure your loads and some essential regulations that all Carriers must follow to maintain our shared commitment to excellence in this competitive industry.

    Please review, sign, and return this document along with all required documentation to freightdispatch@saqqarasolutionsllc.com, confirming your understanding and agreement.

    • Completed Carrier Profile (provided in this packet)
    • Signed Dispatch/Carrier Agreement
    • Signed Limited Power of Attorney Form
    • Completed and Signed W-9 Form
    • Copy of MC Authority
    • Copy of CDL License (for each driver being dispatched)
    • Copy of Insurance Certificate (Minimum $100,000 in cargo coverage and $1,000,000 in liability insurance)

  • Dispatch & Carrier Agreement
    This Agreement is made as of this _   Pick a Date  by and between Saqqara Solutions LLC, hereinafter referred to as “DISPATCH,” and Motor Carrier        , licensed by the FMCSA as an interstate carrier of property holding authority, MC#      and DOT#      , hereinafter referred to as “CARRIER.”
    CARRIER desires to retain DISPATCH by way of executing a Limited Power of Attorney form to find, secure, and dispatch freight for CARRIER’s equipment. DISPATCH and CARRIER have, upon due consideration, determined that an Agreement to their mutual advantage and best interest has been formed and hereby agree to the terms and conditions listed within this Agreement.

    2. RELATIONSHIP

    The relationship of CARRIER and DISPATCH shall, at all times, be that of independent contractors. DISPATCH shall act as the agent working on behalf of CARRIER to:

    • Search for loads
    • Book/dispatch loads
    • Handle all paperwork required to be completed with brokers and/or shippers

    DISPATCH is not a freight broker and is not acting in the capacity of a freight broker for the CARRIER.

    3. TERM AGREEMENT

    The term of this Agreement shall be effective upon the date signed by both parties and shall continue until either party chooses to cancel the Agreement.

    CARRIER must send notification of intent to discontinue services with DISPATCH via email at freightdispatch@saqqarasolutionsllc.com, and DISPATCH will honor the request with a confirmation reply.

    4. RATE AGREEMENT

    • 7% Flat Fee of the LINE HAUL Amount (NOT including factoring load) for Dispatch Only services.
    • 10% Flat Fee of the LINE HAUL Amount (NOT including factoring load) for Full-Service Dispatch, which includes invoicing and back-office support.


    5. DEDICATED LANES

    All dedicated lanes obtained by DISPATCH are subject to the flat rate of 10% for the duration of the dedicated lane contract term when Full-Service Dispatch is provided.

    6. DISPATCH SERVICE AGREEMENT

    DISPATCH’s objective is to design a proactive logistics plan based on the CARRIER’s individualized preferences. The logistics plan is influenced by the current Spot Market Rates of the freight market and/or region, which DISPATCH will research daily. DISPATCH will:

    • Find freight that matches the CARRIER’s profile.
    • Present load options to the CARRIER and/or its driver(s).
    • Forward the CARRIER’s Authority, W-9, proof of insurance, and any other required supporting documents to brokers or shippers after load acceptance.
    • Provide dispatch instructions for pickup, transit, and delivery.
    • Address issues that arise during transit within DISPATCH’s capabilities.


    7. COMPENSATION

    CARRIER agrees to pay DISPATCH the agreed-upon percentage of the LINE HAUL Amount for loads booked during each calendar week (Sunday–Friday). Invoices will be sent via email by 11:00 PM on Friday, with payments due by 8:00 AM ET every Sunday. Payments made after the deadline will incur a $35 late fee. Service will be suspended after 3 days of non-payment and will resume upon receipt of payment.

    8. CANCELLED LOADS

    If the CARRIER cancels a load after it has been confirmed and the rate confirmation has been received, a $75 fee will be itemized on the weekly invoice.

    9. REFERRALS

    DISPATCH offers a $100 referral incentive for each carrier referred to Saqqara Solutions LLC who retains dispatching services for a minimum of four (4) full calendar weeks. The referral incentive will be applied as a deduction on the referrer’s weekly invoice during the fifth (5th) calendar week.

    10–16: (Bill of Lading, Equipment, Sub-Contract Prohibition, Drivers, Freight Loss, Damage, or Delay, Indemnification, and Disclaimers) The content for these sections will remain consistent with industry standards as outlined in the original terms but modified for Saqqara Solutions LLC.
