The particulars of the event are as follows:
FOOD VENDOR FEE: $125/Per Day or $200/both days
Merchandise Vendor Fee: $50/Per Day or $75/both days
Security will be provided throughout the festival; however, all vendors work at their own risk. It is understood that BSCC is not liable for the property of any vendor.
The vendor agrees to remain within his/her assigned space
The vendor agrees to clean up the vendor area after the event is over
Vendors set up time is from 9:00 am – 2:00 PM, June 21, 2025. 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, June 22, 2025, ready for health inspection by 2:00 PM on June 21 and 12:00 pm on June 22 (Food Vendors Only)
No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit the site after 12:00 PM on either day.
Event time for Saturday is 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Event time for Sunday is 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
Food Vendors must have Fire Extinguishers K Class and ABC Class and must be tagged per the Chattanooga Fire Marshall.
All vendors will be advertised on Social Media and with G93 and Power 94.
