Discipleship Reflection #2 - 2027 Candidates

Confirmation Candidates: This is the second of three survey reflections that we ask Candidates to complete during their preparation for Confirmation. Please take your time answering these questions openly and honestly. These reflections are primarily read by Marissa Dawson and Sam Ekblad, but selections may be shared with Fr. Mathias or Fr. Joshua to help them understand how our Confirmation candidates are growing.

Sacramental Life Check-in:

We ask all of our candidates to commit to attending Mass every Sunday, and to try to go to Confession every 1-2 months.

Being engaged in the Sacramental life of the Church is an important part of your preparation for Confirmation, because we need God's grace and help in order to become the disciples He is calling us to be! Please answer these two questions honestly- we just want to gain an understanding of how our candidates are doing with this expectation.

We encourage you to view at this Lenten season as a great opportunity to "reset", if necessary. Talk to your parents about making a plan to help you make it to Mass and Confession more frequently, if you are not currently attending Sunday Mass weekly or going to confession every couple of months.
