I'm Heather Ferrante and am super excited you are considering joining us for this years Esther Experience! Many of you have been asking for a summertime beach retreat, and this year we are making it happen! Due to a few security warnings from the US/Mexican Embassy we have decided to pivot our trip from Cabo to the beautiful beach are of 30A in Florida. 

The Experience will be taking place this  June 18-22, 2025 in a beautiful 5 star beach mansion in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.  4 night all-inclusive experience. Check in will be Wednesday night at 5pm  and everyone will check out by 9am on Sunday.

What can you expect? 

June 18th Wednesday: Fly into either Destin (VPS) airport or Panama City Beach Airport (ECP)and Check-in. There will be transportation from the airport (SJD) to the resort. Our Welcome Reception/Dinner will be at 6:30 pm. Come prepared to let your heart be saturated in God's presence. 

*June 19th Thursday: Morning Session 9am-12:30/1pm. Afternoons are free time to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach, the pool at one of the beach houses, shopping in the cute little towns nearby, or do an excursion with new friends. *Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be planned by our team. 

*June 20th Friday: Morning Session 9am-12:30/1pm. Afternoons are free time to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach, the pool at one of the beach houses, shopping in the cute little towns nearby, or do an excursion with new friends. *Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be planned by our team.

June 21st Saturday: Morning Session 9am-12:30/1pm. Afternoons are free time to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach, the pool at one of the beach houses, shopping in the cute little towns nearby, or do an excursion with new friends. *Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner will be planned by our team.We will end the day with something special and a 50th Birthday bash ( because it's my Birthday & what a better way to celebrate than at the beach! ) 

*Group Photoshoot will be happening as we do at all of our experiences. Time and Day is to be determined based on the availability of the photographer. It will either be Thursday, Friday, or Saturday before Sunset and dinner.  Dress Code to be determined... 

*Breakfast, Lunch & Dinners are all covered and will be planned by our team. 
*maybe celebrating a certain someone's 50th birthday during our Farewell party!

SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED AND WATERS/SOFT DRINKS WILL BE STOCKED IN THE FRIDGE

Airfare and ubers to and from Florida or the beach house are NOT included. You will need to book your travel to Florida on your own.

There is no official theme of this 30A Esther Experience. The main focus will be come and get refreshed and renewed both inwardly/spiritually and outwardly/physically. Think spend time with God in nature, enjoy worship and ministering to one another, pool time, beach time, shopping and water activities should you choose- the ultimate girls getaway, Time for you with other women who also love Jesus, want a little break and need refreshing.  That will be the agenda.

Pricing Information

Thanks for taking an interest in this years Summertime Esther Experience. I'm sure if you've gotten this far into the application you are wondering how much this experience will be? 

This investment covers the price of the retreat : meals, drinks, lodging for 4 days/4 nights, swag & the overall experience at a 5 star luxe retreat. 

PRIVATE KING ROOM: $4500

SHARED BUNK ROOM: $2800 per person 

 (The amounts above do not include travel to the venue such as flights or ubers to the beach house in Florida. Both airports are about 35 miles to the location) 

To secure your spot for this Experience, a $500 non refundable retainer deposit is required. Spots will be held on a first come first serve basis. And there are limited spaces available. 

All reservations minus the deposit are refundable until May 15th. After May 15th, all reservations are non-refundable  Payments also must be paid in full by May 28th.
