I'm Heather Ferrante and am super excited you are considering joining us for this years International Esther Experience! Many of you have been asking for a summertime beach retreat, and this year we are making it happen!

The Experience will be taking place this  June 18-22, 2025 in a beautiful 5 star resort in Los Cabos, Mexico! This will be a 5-day, 4 night all-inclusive luxury experience. It will kick off Wednesday night and everyone checks out on Sunday.

What can you expect? 

June 18th Wednesday: Arrive to Los Cabos and Check-in. There will be transportation from the airport (SJD) to the resort. Our Welcome Cocktail Reception will kick off at 6pm and then there will be Dinner @7pm.

*June 19th Thursday: Morning Session 9am-12pm. Afternoons are free time to enjoy the resort- pool, spa, or do an excursion with new friends. *Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on your own.

*June 20th Friday: Morning Session 9am-12pm. Afternoons are free time to enjoy the resort- pool, spa, or do an excursion with new friends. *Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on your own.

June 21st Saturday: Morning Session 9am-12pm. Afternoons are free time to enjoy the resort- pool, spa, or do an excursion with new friends. *Breakfast, Lunch, on your own. There will be a Farewell Dinner at 7pm.

*Group Photoshoot will be happening as we do at all of our experiences. Time and Day is to be determined based on the availability of the photographer. It will either be Thursday or Friday before Sunset and dinner.

*Hydro Therapy at the Spa: Just schedule it, you won't regret it! 

*Breakfast, and Lunch daily is on your own. There is a great restaurant overlooking the ocean as well as a breakfast buffet. And if you’d like to sleep in longer, room service is always an option.

*Dinners Thursday and Friday nights are also on your own. I encourage you to find a few friends and book meals together. Build those new connections! There are several restaurants to choose from: Italian, Seafood, Asian, French, International, and Mediterranean. Wednesday and Saturday we will be having a special group dinner, and maybe celebrating a certain someone's 50th birthday during our Farewell party!

ALL FOOD, DRINKS ARE INCLUDED… EVEN WHEN I SAY DINNERS ON YOUR OWN. You can literally eat whatever you want at this place. And the food is pretty great! Especially at the French and Japanese restaurants- My fave.

Airfare to and from Mexico is NOT included. You will need to book your travel to Mexico on your own. Airport is SJD- Los Cabos, Mexico

There is no official theme of this International Esther Experience. The main focus will be come and get refreshed and renewed both inwardly/spiritually and outwardly/physically. Think pool time, spa time- the ultimate girls getaway, Time for you with other women who also love Jesus, want a little break and need refreshing.  That will be the agenda.

Pricing Information

Thanks for taking an interest in this years International Esther Experience. I'm sure if you've gotten this far into the application you are wondering how much this experience will be? 

This investment covers the price of the retreat : meals, drinks, lodging for 5 days/4 nights, swag & the overall experience at a 5 star luxury resort. 

****EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: ****

Register Early By APRIL 1st to get $500 OFF your stay. 

PRIVATE ROOM: $5500

SHARED ROOM: $3800 per person (2 people with 2 beds per room) 

 (The amounts above do not include travel to the retreat such as flights to and from Mexico.) They DO include the transfer to and from resort to airport.

To secure your spot for this Experience, a $500 non refundable retainer deposit is required. Spots will be held on a first come first serve basis. And there are limited spaces available. 

All reservations minus the deposit are refundable until May 15th. After May 15th, all reservations are non-refundable  Payments also must be paid in full by this date.
