EXPO EXHIBITORS RULES & REGULATIONS:
These rules and regulations govern exhibits under the auspices of the Rancho Cordova Area Chamber of Commerce (RCCAC) and are part of this agreement. Vendors and exhibitors are considered the same concerning the following information.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: Exhibitors agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth in this document, which forms a part of this agreement between the exhibitor and RCACC. Failure to abide by these regulations may result in the removal of the exhibit or exhibitor from the show floor and/or prohibition from exhibiting with the RCACC in the future.
PAYMENT & SPACE ASSIGNMENT: Space assignment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. RCACC controls all exhibit space assignments. Full payment (check or credit card) for booth space must be received along with this Exhibitor Contract to guarantee space. Exhibitor contracts will be accepted via Google Docs, mail, or e-mail but are not confirmed until receipt of payment or authorization of credit card and the signed agreement to all terms (this document). RCACC reserves the right to reject any applicant/application.
SET-UP & TAKE-DOWN OF BOOTH/EXHIBITS: Be courteous and ensure the booth/area set-up is completed by 4:15 p.m., and do not begin tear-down until after 6:30 p.m. Exhibitors must vacate no later than 7:30 p.m.
FIRE SAFETY: The facility and this event adhere to strict fire safety guidelines, and all participants must comply with local fire safety regulations.
USE OF VENDOR/EXHIBIT SPACE: Exhibitors shall arrange their exhibit/booth so it does not obstruct other exhibits or lines of sight. The exhibit/booth should be so placed that exhibitor representatives, materials, and equipment are inside the space assigned and do not infringe on aisles. All decorations must be flame retardant. Exhibit/booth area fire exits and safety equipment must always be accessible and fully visible. Aisle space may not be incorporated as part of an exhibitor’s space. Exhibitors are expressly prohibited from “brief casing” in the aisle space. The exhibitor will not sublet the exhibit space contracted for and shall not exhibit, or permit to be exhibited, any merchandise other than that specified In this agreement. Handwritten signage is not allowed. Only one business may be represented at each booth.
PARKING: Please refrain from parking in front of the museum. It is advised to drop off your items and park further out so other exhibitors can access the check-in area & event attendees have plenty of parking.
