Please compete the following information to schedule a burial at the Taylor City Cemetery. Form must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to service time (weekends and holidays are excluded from this time frame). IF service is cancelled within 48 hours of the burial, Open/Close Fees will still be due by service date.
