INNOVATION GRANT Application

The LTA and Innovation Committee wants to assist you with new, fun, supportive, sustainable, and out-of-the-box ideas for bringing tennis to everyone!

Do you have a NEW CONCEPT for attracting new junior or adult players?

OR something with an EXTRA TWIST, ENHANCEMENT, or ADDITION to a current program to make it MORE fun, inviting, and engaging, that will improve sustainability?

OR a GREAT LAUNCH CONCEPT FOR TENNIS that has not been covered in other existing grant opportunities?

Please bring us your IDEAS, CREATIVE ADDITIONS, & INNOVATIONS and let's work on growing the sport of a lifetime together!

This Grant can assist with financial support in 2 ways:

1-Where there are few or no existing tennis programs by using your imagination to
establish new programs to reach out and welcome new tennis players. The goal of this grant is to identify programs with a new delivery system model(s) that will
successfully draw and retain new tennis players.

2- It is more supportive of other USTA/Southern/LTA programs already in place, but your creative idea would assist in expansion and greater retention. Supportive Applications will be guided to any other grants opportunities offered by USTA or Southern with the LTA Grant supplementing the request.

*All grant requests participants must be recorded either in Serve Tennis, Tennis Link, or Excel spreadsheet (participation info/data turned into the LTA), showing the positive impact on local numbers for your tennis community and CTA.

*You are also encouraged to submit your application/idea to your local CTA who should also be willing to assist in supplying additional financial support.

*The grant funds will have a timeline for completion once the program is approved for each application.

*An accountability form will be required and must include information on the program, Serve Tennis/TennisLink/Excel Spreadsheet with participation information, paid receipts, and a final Profit & Loss will be required for grant funds to be funded.
