NCS Pool Party Meet Conditions

I will provide a meet management software back up file to NCS after the meet for loading member results into the SWIMS times database. I understand that only competitors listed with proper names and USA Swimming IDs will have results uploaded.
I understand that this meet will not pay into the NCS Travel Fund nor count toward required meets for athletes to receive Travel Fund reimbursements.
I understand that application fees will be invoiced through Bill.com and that prompt payment of the sanction fee is expected. "On time" (submitted at least 7 days prior to the meet) applications have a fee of $75 and "rush" (submitted at least 4 days prior to the meet) applications carry a fee of $125.
