  • I AM AWARE THAT PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY CAN BE HAZARDOUS, AND I AM AWARE OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED WHICH MAY PLACE THE PARTICIPANT AT RISK FOR POSSIBLE INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE AND I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY ORGANIZATION, ANY AND ALL SUCH RISKS. In exchange for the benefits derived by myself, and my organization in the event, sponsored by the Anaheim Community Services Department, I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND NOT SUE THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SERVANTS, OR VOLUNTEERS for any liability claims, or action for injury, death, or damage to personal property arising out or in conjunction with myself or my organization’s participation in the event Faire from whatever cause including the active or passive negligence of the, City of Anaheim, its officers, employees, agents and representatives, the owners and or managers of the grounds or location where the event is held.

    I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. The City of Anaheim Community Services Department may take and use photos of participants for publicity purposes. I hereby grant the City of Anaheim permission to publish any images taken by the City showing myself, and my organization’s participation.

  • Informational Booth Information:

    • Each vendor must supply its own table(s), chairs, pop-up tent, and signage with your designated non-profit/organization displayed. Political and/or campaign materials are not allowed.
    • No alcohol or drugs allowed on the park. Prohibited items: balloons, political propaganda, sale of any weapons or merchandise that resembles or looks like guns, knives, swords, etc., PG-13 or R materials, tobacco, cigarettes or vape products, amplified sound, megaphones or generators. Strolling vendors extending beyond 5’ in front of your booth to promote sales or marketing is not permitted.
    • Drinks may not be sold in glass containers. All sales must be conducted from the front of the truck or booth. Food vendors must comply with all County of Orange Health Care Agency rules and regulations.
    • Selling any items (outside of the approved food vendors) is not permitted.
    • Vendors will be allowed to drive vehicles onto the park at 12:00 pm to unload supplies and items. Please keep in mind street closure times. Any additional items needed during the event can be handcarried in at any time. 
    • Booths open at 3:00 pm.
    • Informational booth vendors can begin cleaning up at 7:15 p.m. 
  • Vehicle Parking & Access Information:

    • 2 (TWO) parking permits per vendor (Parking is limited).
    • Vendors/groups are required to park in the Crescent Elementary School parking lot.
    • Aditional vehicles must be removed from the park by 2:00 pm. Please park in the Crescent School parking vendor lot with the permit displayed on the vehicle dashboard.
    • The Crescent School parking lot cannot be accessed by foot or vehicle from 8:00 p.m. until the all-clear has been given after the fireworks (approximately 9:40 p.m.). This should not pose any problems for Food Vendors as tear down of booths is being done during this time.
