Easter Party and Egg Hunt

By participating in this Easter Egg Hunt (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Assumption of Risk - Participation in the Event is voluntary, and all attendees assume any and all risks associated with the activities, including but not limited to trips, falls, collisions, allergic reactions, and interactions with other participants, animals, or the environment. 2. Release of Liability - The event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and property owners (collectively, the “Organizers”) shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses incurred before, during, or after the Event. Participants and their guardians (if applicable) waive any claims against the Organizers arising from their participation. 3. Parental/Guardian Responsibility- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. The Organizers are not responsible for lost children or any incidents involving minors. 4. Allergies and Food Safety- Some eggs may contain candy or small toys. Participants with food allergies or dietary restrictions should check the contents before consumption. The Organizers are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects. 5. Property and Personal Belongings- The Organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Participants are encouraged to keep track of their items. 6. Photography & Media Release- By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included in photos, please notify the Event staff. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the Event for safety reasons. By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this liability disclaimer.
