  • OZ1 Airsoft presents OPERATION: DRAGONSCALE

    Situation: McLeans Island is up for grabs once more as battle lines are drawn one last time in purple and gold.
    The final in OZ1's OPERATION series of events and conclusion to the trilogy, OPREATION DRAGONSCALE will be brought forward to September in order to allow for full attendance. 

    The 'New Resistance' remains in control of the homeland territory.

    The 'People's Militia' has constabulary support to encroach from the east. 

    ROYAL FLUSH rules are in play once more, chips, cards and cash works to score an overall conquest match with interior missions. 

    Mission: 12+ individual missions are controlled by your team’s command. Gain advantage by capturing aid stations, completing and reporting successful missions, patrol for enemy operatives and disrupt your enemy’s goals.
    Achieve victory by assembling your DRAGONS TAIL device: A handheld nuclear device cabale of remote trigger find and assemble the FUEL, WARHEAD and DETONATOR amidst the battle to control the field.

    Execution: SPLIT bases allow dynamic respawns which can change the game. ROYAL FLUSH ADVANCED rules are in effect, with set primary and secondary missions issued to you by command. Missions will range from base capture, area control, evade and escape, MACHINE PARTS extraction, supply protection and more.

    Event Schedule 2025

    OZ1 Airsoft will be in Macleans Island, Christchurch NZ in SEPTEMBER this year the traditional dates moved to allow admin attendance.

    Main event Dates are the 12th - 15th of SEPTEMBER with additional greenfield and cqb games earlier in the week.

    Tuesday 09 Sept - reserved for pre-event games
    Wednesday 10 Sept - reserved for pre-event games
    Thursday 11 Sept - reserved for pre-event games
