- You must have at least two (2) players registered in SportsEngine before your team can be registered. This includes paying in full for CHRVA membership.
- All Collegiate players need to submit current college schedule to the Registrar in order to be considered fully registered.
- Any Junior players younger than 18 on your roster must have a parent or guardian sign the Adult Tournament waiver and turn it into the Registrar to be considered as fully registered to play on an adult team.
- Junior coaches MUST be members of their junior club. Only the Registrar may add them to an adult team roster.

- Player is a Junior or Collegiate player.
- This is a Conglomerate team (older age teams spanning multiple age groups).
