For events produced by Fashion Speaks International, International Indigenous Fashion Week - IIFW, and AmA Imagery, herein known as the "Producers".
This agreement is between The Producers and the Participant (partner, vendor, artist, performer, model, designer, or other contracted party) at any event, including but not limited to fashion events, exhibitions, and cultural showcases. In consideration of being allowed to attend and participate in Producers events (the "Event"), the Participant agrees to the following:
1. Commitment to Professionalism & Safety

Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund.
This policy extends to all interactions, including in-person and online communications such as social media and industry-related discussions. All participants are expected to uphold a standard of dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times – before, during, and after the Event.
3. Assumption of Risk & Hold Harmless Agreement
Participant acknowledges that attending the Event involves inherent risks. The Participant assumes full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to self, personal property, or others arising from participation in the event, regardless of cause, and agrees to not hold The Producers, it's affiliates, heirs, or estate responisble in perpetuity.
Participant agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend The Producers, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, and/or injuries of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for monetary loss, property damage, personal injury, and/or wrongful death, arising out of any acts or omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct of the Participant. This indemnification applies to all legal fees, penalties, fines, and expenses incurred by The Producers in relation to such claims.
4. Health & Wellness Policy
To maintain a healthy workspace and protect one another and elders, any participant who falls ill on the day of the event will be required to go home and will not be permitted to participate. This is the only circumstance in which a deposit will be refundable.
5. Media & Intellectual Property Rights
Due to the nature of the event, photos and videos of participants may or may not be used for advertising and promotional purposes. Participants are not permitted to edit or alter any images posted without the express written permission of the photographer. All images remain the property of the photographer, who grants The Producers and its affiliates the use of any and all images captured at the event for advertising and promotional purposes in perpetuity. Images and/or videos may not be sold by anyone other than the photographer or videographer.
