  • Here is what you'll need to proceed:

    • 20 minutes
    • Active Homenetmen membership
    • Passport style photo ready (could be on your phone gallery)
    • Medical insurance information, if you have insurance
    • Review Code of Conduct and Consent and Liability Wavier
    • Parent or Guardian if you are under the age of 18

    There is no registration fee for coaches.

  • Homenetmen requires a mode of communication to send you important announcements such as general meetings and membership fees due. If you're interested in emails about Homenetmen events and our email newsletter select one of the first two options.

  • Player Pass Photo Guidelines: Look, we can get really technical here but we prefer to keep everyone's life simple. Please upload a current photo of yourselves with a neutral background that covers at least your shoulders and above.

  • As part of the Navasartian Games registration, all athletes over the age of 13 must watch the following educational video. 

    Once the video is completed in full, you will be able to proceed to complete the remainder of the application. 

    Do not fast forward the video. You will not be able to proceed to the next page until the video has been watched in its entirety.

    Age Brackets

    PeeWee: 9 yrs. and under
    Bantam: 10-12 yrs. old
    Teens: 13-15 yrs. old
    Junior:  16-18 yrs. old
    Senior: 19 yrs. and over
    Veteran:  35 yrs. and over

    NOTE: The participant will fall into the above age brackets based on their age on the first day of the Navasartian Games.

  • Code of Conduct

  • Please note that all participants will be required to review and agree to the below policies and consent forms. All the documents are published and available online at www.navasartianeusa.com/policies.

    Homenetmen reserves the right to disqualify any individual or team not adhering to these policies.

  • Welcome to the 33rd Annual Homenetmen Navasartian Games, July 3-6, 2025, hosted by the Chicago chapter. Welcoming our guests also involves informing them of the obligations associated with staying at the Games hotel(s), athletic, and social facilities. We expect the very best behavior from those attending the annual Homenetmen Games as this is a family-oriented weekend.

    To ensure a safe, respectable, and successful Games, the Homenetmen Eastern Region Inc. and the host chapter will enforce the following Code of Conduct and Policy. This policy will be in full effect upon arrival at the Navasartian Games and through departure. All athletes, including Homenetmen members and any guests, whether or not they are participating in any events, will be subject to this code of conduct.

    All participants (athletes AND non-athletes) are expected to understand and follow the guidelines listed below, which will be monitored by the Navasartian Security Committee and the Hotel Security Personnel in place during the course of the weekend. Consequences for violating this code of conduct will be determined based on the severity of the infraction and may result in disqualification from participation in the games, fines to reimburse any damages, or expulsion from the event.

    • Vandalism or damaging hotel property, other private or public property of any kind will not be tolerated.
    • Destructive behavior of any sort will not be tolerated.
    • Excessive noise in individual guest rooms and common areas will not be tolerated.
    • Use of foul language, or language as determined by the Navasartian Games Steering Committee, Regional Athletic Committee, or the Regional Executive, to be inappropriate.
    • No outside alcohol will be permitted.
    • Individuals found in possession of or using illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be subject to expulsion from the games.
    • Underage individuals consuming alcohol will not be tolerated and will be subject to expulsion from the games.
    • Adult presence is required in all hotel rooms - no underage or unsupervised minors will be permitted to remain in rooms alone.
    • Any individual engaging in abusive or disruptive behavior towards others, including the Navasartian Security committee or hotel staff and security will not be tolerated and will be subject to expulsion from the games.
    • The Westin Chicago Northwest is a smoke-free property. Smoking outside on the hotel grounds and adjacent areas, as well as inside, is strictly prohibited
    • Any illegal activity as codified in Illinois' criminal statutes will not be tolerated.

    A non-deputized security force will be on hand throughout the event, including but not limited to all athletic functions, on all floors of the hotel and lobby area, and all social events. We have also communicated with the local police, who will be on call if a situation warrants. 

    Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the hotel for the duration of the weekend. These and any other violations of local or state laws will be enforced by the Navasartian Security Committee and Hotel Personnel. Please note that the entire Westin Chicago Northwest Hotel is equipped with live monitored security cameras to augment the visible security force. Westin Chicago Northwest will also have its own security personnel during the duration of the event.

  • Consent and Liability Waiver

  • In consideration of my participation in the 2025 Homenetmen Eastern USA Navasartian Games, I hereby waive any claim that I may have for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I may sustain as a result of my participation in these activities. This waiver and release is intended to discharge in advance Homenetmen Chicago, Homenetmen Eastern Region Inc. and their agents and sponsors from and against any liability, past present and future, including any claim based on negligence, arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the athletic practices and competition, except for the liability that may arise out of willful or intentional misconduct of Homenetmen Chicago or Homenetmen Eastern Region Inc. and their agents and sponsors.

    I further understand that sporting events involve physical contact between players, that serious accidents occasionally occur during such sporting activities and that participants in such sporting activities occasionally sustain serious personal injuries (including death) and/or property damage. As a consequence thereof, knowing the risks of participation, nevertheless, I agree to participate.

    I hereby agree to assume all risks from participation in any Homenetmen athletic activities and to release and hold harmless Homenetmen Providence, Homenetmen Eastern Region, Inc. and their agents and sponsors.

    I attest that I am eighteen (18) years or older, or if under the age of 18, as certified and agreed to by my legal guardian/parent, and I am physically fit and have no known medical conditions that prohibit my participation in the Navasartian Games and the associated events. I agree to follow all laws, rules, and guidelines regulating the conduct of the Navasartian Games and the associated events.

    I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between me and Homenetmen Chicago, Homenetmen Eastern Region Inc., and their agents and sponsors and I have signed it of my free will.

    I also agree that Homenetmen Chicago, Homenetmen Eastern Region Inc., their agents, and sponsors may use my photograph in future promotions.
