Although the safety of all sport activities is the primary concern, outdoor/indoor sport activities at Warrington Youth Sports' facilities may cause injuries and/or death. I expressly assume the risk of injury, death, and/or illness arising from any cause, and agree to waive the right to pursue any claim against the Warrington Youth Sports organization, its staff members, and the persons in charge.

By signing this agreement, the signer understands that Warrington Youth Sports shall not be responsible for any injury or property damage to any and all participants, the organization, or individuals electing to participate in WYS events/competition at the appointed facilities. The signer and his/her guests assume all responsibilities associated with any injury or damage that may occur. In the event there is a claim of any type made or filed against Warrington Youth Sports or its staff that is related to WYS events and/or the Sports compeition itself, or members of their staff, the signer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Warrington Youth Sports from any claim of any type for damages and attendant costs of attorney’s fees. The signer assumes all risks and hazards of all persons participating in and/or associated during the entire span of the event(s).
