What do you need help with?
We are delighted to invite up to ten practitioners or companies that make performing arts for/by/with young people to apply for PAYPA's 2025 Mentorship programme. Participants will work with a mentor to grow their skills and/or practice within the sector. They will receive a stipend for this mahi. This opportunity is for emerging artists and established practitioners who want to expand their professional development. Areas of focus could include; working collaboratively with children, working with schools, touring, funding, company management, playwriting, devising, building international connections, and more. The programme will run between April and November. Each mentorship is bespoke, up to a maximum of 10 hours. Verbal and video submissions may also be submitted.
