Parents can facilitate classes by leading them, assisting the facilitator, or helping with younger children in the play area. Please indicate your level of involvement below.

CO-OP COMMITMENT AGREEMENT

We value having a consistent, dedicated, involved community of family and students. Your commitment to weekly co-op meetings is essential to our progress and planning, and helps our parent volunteers accurately plan for their lessons.
As a member, I will make every reasonable effort to attend weekly co-op meetings and events. I understand that if my schedule does not allow consistency in this area, I will consider joining the Field Trip Only Family Pass instead.I agree to notify the co-op admin in writing if I am unable to consistently participate so that other options can be explored such as, changing my registration option to a lower commitment level, or withdrawing from the program.I agree to RSVP to each event upon joining. I understand that by doing so, it gives a head count for all activities as well as enabling our volunteers to plan their lessons and events accordingly.I agree to join and consistently check the BAND App after my registration is completed. This is where I will receive important updates, notifications, and event information. (Link will be sent after registration is completed).
Fall 2025 Session is scheduled to begin on Thursday, August 28th at 10am.
