  • Room Decoration Request & Policies
    We’re thrilled to help bring your vision to life with our personalized room decoration services! To get started, please fill out the request form below with your preferences, occasion, and any special touches you'd like. We’ll work with you to make your space unforgettable.

    Booking & Advance Notice
    All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
    Last-minute requests (under 7 days) may be accepted with a $75 rush fee, subject to availability.


    Deposits & Payments
    A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total is required to secure your date.
    The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled setup.
    Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, but deposits can be applied to a rescheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances.


    Setup & Timing
    Decorating times range between 2–3 hours depending on your package.
    Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the room for setup.
    For ceiling balloon setups, rooms must have standard ceilings (8–10 ft). High ceilings cannot be accommodated.


    Location & Travel
    I am located in downtown Cincinnati, OH and will travel within a 15-mile radius at no additional cost.
    Travel beyond 15 miles: $3 per mile.
    Certain hotel locations may require a parking fee, this amont will be added to your final bill amount. 
    I do not travel to homes or air bnb's - Hotels only. 
    Clients must secure the venue/hotel and provide confirmation at the time of booking. I do not book hotels on your behalf.


    House Calls
    I do not do house calls

    Cancellations & Rescheduling
    A are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date with at least 72 hours’ notice.
    Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit all payments.

    Deposit
    50% of the total is due upon booking and the remaining is due 72 hours prior to the booking date!!!

    All deposits are non refundable, once you place your order! Once your last payment has been made, it is non refundable and if you would like to reschedule, we can use that final amount towards a rescheduled date at no additional cost due to unforeseen circumstances.

    After you receive your custom lookbook, and you like what you see, from there we can set up a meeting at our downtown studio. Here, we will display your lookbook on our screen, and chat about all the details, and go from there!
