  • Many Christians walk in bondage and in many old habits because they read the above scripture, and then go away, forgetting what kind of person they are now.

    than those who are poor?

  • Therefore, we must be more than a hearer of the Word, we must walk away from the Word believing that what it says about us as a new creation is true. The Word of God is like a mirror reflecting Gods glory.

    As we look into it, we see what we are as new creatures. The Word also examines our hearts and shows us when we are not walking in the manner of the new creation life.

  • Being a doer of the Word means acting like what God says is true. If the Word says "God shall supply all your needs" then you cannot walk away and worry about your finances.

    If the Word says, "the love of God is shed abroad in your heart by the Holy Spirit" then you thank God for the new love that is in your heart - you do not walk away and pray for more love.
