MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Amelia Noon Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse/partner, pet/s and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Amelia Noon Photography may use my images for social media, advertisement, website, etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.

PHOTOGRAPHER CREDIT: As a client of Amelia Noon Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Amelia Noon Photography, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Copyright Laws. I understand that if I post my photos on social media, credit is to be given to the PHOTOGRAPHER. By choosing "I Agree" I will honour the above statement.

PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the non-refundable deposit is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule, I will contact the photographer prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my deposit for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I understand the photographer cannot always accommodate to a new date.

TRAVEL FEES: I understand that a travel fee may apply if my session is taking place outside of a 15km radius of the Mackay CBD.

PHOTO SESSION DEPOSIT & SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit of $50 is paid to Amelia Noon Photography. I understand that my remaining session balance is due to receive photos. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid my images will not be released.
