Acknowledgment of Risk I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that participation in the 3rd King of Bulihan Uphill Race (the "Event") involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to accidents, falls, and injuries that may result from my participation. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, damage, or loss, regardless of severity, that I may sustain as a result of participating in the Event. Release of Liability In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, or any individuals associated with the Event from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action resulting from any damage, injury, or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in the Event, including but not limited to any injury or damage caused by negligence.
I hereby consent to receive any medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation. Photographic Release I grant permission to the Event organizers and sponsors to use my name, image, likeness, and/or voice in any promotional materials, media coverage, or advertising related to the Event without compensation. Final Agreement By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Waiver of Liability and Release Form. I further acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Event and that I am at least 18 years of age, or, if under 18, that I have obtained the consent of my parent or legal guardian to participate.
