  • If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 they should register for our All Stars Cricket Programme.  Please visit www.gprcc.co.uk for more details and to register.

    Children in Years 11 and above should register via our adult registration page and choose the 'In full term education' option.

  • GPRCC will be providing a voucher for a playing shirt or other club merchandise to all members who register for the 2025 season.

    Once your registration has been processed you will receive an email with a voucher number explaining how to order directly from our online club shop.

    • By submitting this form I am confirming that:

      (a) I have legal responsibility for the child named above and am entitled to give this consent
      (b) I agree to my son/daughter/child in my care, taking part in the activities of the club
      (c) My child will comply with the Junior Rules
      (d) I will comply with the spirit of the Parents/Spectators code of conduct
      (e) I will be kept informed of cricket activities at the club; for example timing and transport details for away matches when my child is so involved
      (f) In the event of any injury or illness, all reasonable steps will be taken to contact me or the alternative contact and to deal with that injury/illness appropriately and that the club may act in “loco parentis” in such a situation
      (g) I have read or been made aware of the Club’s policies transport and managing children away from the club

      (i) Data protection: I understand and agree that the Club will use information on this form and other information about the player to administer cricket activities at the club and that in some cases this may require the Club to disclose information to Leagues, County Boards and the ECB. In the event of a medical issue or child protection issues the Club may disclose information to the relevant authorities.

    • I also grant Gidea Park & Romford Cricket Club the right to use any images of my child resulting from photograps and videos taken at various games, competitions and training events throughout the season. This includes for for use within the clubhouse for display purposes, on our website and our social media pages.  All filming and still photography will be captured and used in accordance with the ECB Guidelines.
