  • Transfers To Airports

You’re welcome to use Google Maps to estimate your travel time, but it isn’t always fully accurate. It is advisable to allow an additional 30-45 minutes for unforeseen delays such as luggage loading, additional pickup locations, weather conditions, traffic, roadworks, diversions, accidents, airport congestion or motorway incidents. The guide below takes all these factors into account for journeys from the New Forest, helping ensure you arrive relaxed and stress-free.

  • Here Is A Guide From The New Forest

    Heathrow T5  2 Hours
    Heathrow T2, T3, T4  2 Hours 15 Minutes
    Gatwick  3 Hours
    Bournemouth  1 Hour
    Southampton  40 Minutes
    Luton (Drop-off only)  2 Hours 45 Minutes
    Stansted (Drop-off only)  3 Hours 15 Minutes

  • Cruise Disembarkation Advice
Your cruise line will provide your official disembarkation time while you are onboard, usually one or two days before arrival, unless you have priority disembarkation.

You have four options for arranging your collection:

1—Wait for your confirmed disembarkation time – the most accurate and recommended option.

2—Book 09:45 hrs as a safe default – I will try to assist if you are allowed off earlier. you may choose to self-disembark by keeping your baggage with you and carrying it off the ship. This may allow you to leave earlier, but your booked collection time remains 09:45 hrs an earlier collection can only be accommodated if I am available at that time.

3—Book 10:00 hrs or 10:30 hrs – These are the latest available slots and cannot be moved once reserved. 10:30 hrs is the final pickup time offered.

4—Call on the day around 07:00 hrs – I will help where possible, but short‑notice availability is not guaranteed.

Waiting for your confirmed disembarkation time ensures that your collection is arranged as accurately as possible and helps avoid unnecessary delays and waiting at the terminal.

  • Cruise Ship Quote Requirements
Quotes can only be issued once you have received your official boarding time from the cruise line, usually 2–3 weeks before departure. This ensures your pickup aligns with the cruise ship schedule and prevents issues caused by estimated times, which often lead to changes or cancellations that cannot be accommodated or refunded.

To provide a reliable and fair service for all customers, quotes are only given once your confirmed boarding time has been provided.

  • Sightseeing, Attractions & Tours

To help your day run smoothly, please check that your preferred attraction is available on your chosen date and secure your tickets online in advance. Allow around 3 hours for any attraction to walk around like Stonehenge, Salisbury, Winchster, Warner Bros Studios (The Making of Harry Potter), Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey), Windsor Castle or Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery or 5-6 hours for a full day excursion, plus travelling time, to ensure everything fits within your planned timeframe.

  • Safeguarding Policy

For any additional pickups or drop-offs, full addresses must be provided. Without this information, your request will be DECLINED and placed at the back of the queue until the details are supplied. This policy is in place to ensure accuracy and safeguards both parties.

  • How To Keep The Quote Low

If you can keep your pickup and drop‑off to a single address, your wallet will thank you—each additional stop increases the cost of your quote.
