The only permitted travel is Assistance Dogs, under the Equality Act 2010, taxi and private hire vehicle (PHV) drivers in the UK must carry assistance dogs (such as guide or hearing dogs) at no extra charge. A driver can only refuse an assistance dog if they hold a valid medical exemption certificate (usually for severe allergies) issued by their local authority, which must be clearly displayed in the vehicle.

Apologies, I no longer provide a pickup service from events or venues after 23:00 hrs, this is due to early morning airport drop-off or pickup bookings, wherby I need enough rest to avoid driver fatigue.

To ensure a seamless and stress-free journey, please take into account the following departure times from Hythe Southampton, ajust accordingly to your pickup location to the airport you are departing from and allocate additional time for multiple pickups. Be aware of major roadworks, closures, diversions, slow traffic, and accidents. It is advisable not to rely solely on Google Maps for timing, as it may not accurately reflect your travel duration when you look. The guidance below is designed to help you arrive with ample time to spare.

Your airline will specify how early you should arrive at the airport—typically two hours before departure for UK and European flights, and three hours for long-haul services. But hey, I'll do my best to work some magic!, However my advice is to come back when you have the information on your boarding time, as it's not open ended.

It is common not to be informed about your disembarkation time until the day before arrival at the port, with updates provided in the morning. However, I am here to assist if you have a specific time in mind to avoid the queues. You can bypass this and speedup your disembarkation by keeping your luggage in your room and carrying it off yourself. On the enquiry form, specify 09:00 hrs, as this is when most passengers disembark—unless you're one of those fancy priority passengers with a golden ticket with a designated disembarkation time. If you choose a different time after 09:00 hrs you will not be able to change the pickup time on the day. Please be aware that taxis at the cruise terminals are very expensive, and there may be a significant wait. I recommend pre-booking your transportation now.

For any extra pickups and drop-offs, you must provide the full address or addresses. Without this information, your request will be rejected and moved to the back of the queue until you provide it. This safeguarding policy is in place to protect both parties.

If you can stick to one address for your pickup and drop-off, your wallet will thank you, as each one will add to the cost of the quote.
