The only permitted travel is Assistance Dogs, under the Equality Act 2010, taxi and private hire vehicle (PHV) drivers in the UK must carry assistance dogs (such as guide or hearing dogs) at no extra charge. A driver can only refuse an assistance dog if they hold a valid medical exemption certificate (usually for severe allergies) issued by their local authority, which must be clearly displayed in the vehicle.

Apologies, I no longer provide a pickup service from events or venues after 23:00 hrs, this is due to early morning airport drop-off or pickup bookings, wherby I need enough rest to avoid driver fatigue.

Adjust them to suit your pickup location, the airport you’re flying from, and any additional pickups along the way. Keep in mind that traffic conditions, roadworks, diversions, and incidents can all impact your travel time, and Google Maps may not always provide an accurate estimate. The guidance below is designed to help you arrive relaxed with ample time to spare.

Your airline will specify how early to arrive—normally 2 hours before UK and European flights, and 3 hours for long haul. Use that advice together with the guide below to work out when to leave home. Just add the two together and count back from your departure time. Do this, and you’ll waltz into the airport as cool as a cucumber, ready for a stress free start to your holiday.

Cruise ship companies typically send out your boarding time 2–3 weeks before departure. If you haven’t received it yet and still waiting for that golden ticket and choose to estimate, adjusting your pickup time later can be trickier than finding a free sun lounger on embarkation day. I’ll certainly try to accommodate any changes, but it’s best to come back once your boarding time is confirmed, as my schedules are fixed.

Disembarkation times are typically provided the day before your ship arrives, with updates issued the following morning when docked. If you already have a preferred time to help you avoid the queues, I’ll do my best to accommodate this. You can also speed up the process by keeping your baggage with you and carrying it off the ship. For the enquiry form, please select 09:00 hrs, as this is the standard disembarkation time for most passengers—unless you already have priority status with a set time. If you choose a time later than 09:00 hrs, please be aware that same day changes to your pickup will not be possible.Taxis at the cruise terminals are often costly and in high demand, I recommend pre-booking your transport in advance.

For any additional pickups or drop-offs, full addresses must be provided. Without this information, your request will be REJECTED and placed at the back of the queue until the details are supplied. This policy is in place to ensure accuracy and safeguards both parties.

If you can keep your pickup and drop‑off to a single address, your wallet will thank you—each additional stop increases the cost of your quote.

Please note that quotes are only provided if your travel falls within 6 months from now with confirmed dates, times, and a UK (Airport Only) return flight number. This is due to fluctuating operational costs and increasing airport fees.
