When you roll back into port, give me a call between 07:00 and 07:30 hrs with your assigned time, and I’ll do my best to make it happen. On the enquiry form, put down 09:00 hrs, since that’s when most passengers make their grand exit—unless you’re one of those fancy priority passengers with a golden ticket time.

Safeguarding Policy

For any extra pickups and drop-offs, you must provide the complete address or addresses. Without this information, your request will be rejected and moved to the back of the queue until you provide it. This safeguarding policy is in place to protect both parties.
