Car Show Registration

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Pistons and Pitbosses Car Show

In consideration of being permitted to participate in, attend, display a vehicle at, or otherwise be involved in the Pistons and Pitbosses Car Show, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I understand that participation in a car show and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, vehicle damage, or loss arising from moving vehicles, equipment, weather conditions, crowds, and the actions of others. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.
2. Release and Waiver
   I hereby release, waive, and discharge Central Texas BBQ Roundup and the Cadence Bank Center, including their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in or attendance at the event, including claims based on negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Central Texas BBQ Roundup and the Cadence Bank Center from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from my actions, conduct, or participation in the event.
4. Vehicle Responsibility
   I am solely responsible for my vehicle, its operation, security, and condition at all times during the event. I understand that Central Texas BBQ Roundup and the Cadence Bank Center are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of any vehicle or personal property.
5. Photo and Media Release
   I grant permission for photographs, video, or audio recordings taken at the event that include me or my vehicle to be used for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes without compensation.
6. Governing Law
   This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Acknowledgment
   I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Release and Waiver of Liability and sign it voluntarily, intending it to be legally binding.
