    Our terms and conditions highlight what's required to qualify for a stall, performance, demonstration, etc. together with the proceedings for the day including set up and shut down times. Be sure to download a copy before submitting your application. 

    Important Notice

    By submitting this application you are agreeing to the terms set out below and are confirming that everything is true to the best of your knowledge. In the T&C's you will find everything that you need to know about the running order of the day, plus what can and cannot be brought onsite.

    You are also confirming that you will forward your required certificates before Friday 20th June 2025, otherwise lose your pitch.
