About 8–10 weeks before your wedding, I step in to manage vendor communication, logistics, final details, and your detailed wedding-day timeline. On the day itself, I’m the point person for your vendors, timeline, setup flow, transitions, and anything unexpected, so you can be fully present and enjoy the day you’ve planned. This service is best for couples who have already booked their vendors and value structure, communication, organization, and a seamless wedding-day experience. Please note: Wedding Management does not include full décor setup or breakdown; extensive setup services require additional staffing and are evaluated case-by-case. Most couples invest $2,475–$2,675, with final pricing based on guest count, location, logistics, and overall complexity.
Partial Planning: For couples who have started planning but want expert guidance to bring everything together. You may have a few vendors booked, plenty of ideas saved, and a good sense of what you want, but need professional support to connect the pieces and keep everything moving forward. I step in where you are, reviewing existing contracts, identifying what’s still needed, helping with vendor selection and design direction, and creating structure around the remaining planning process. As your wedding approaches, I take over vendor communication, finalize logistics, and build a detailed, real-world timeline so your entire team is aligned and prepared. You’re not starting over, you’re getting the professional support you need to take your plans from ideas to a fully executed wedding day. Most couples invest $5,775–$7,500 for Partial Planning, with final pricing customized based on guest count, location, logistics, and overall complexity.
Full Planning: For couples who want expert guidance from the very beginning and a professional managing the moving parts throughout the entire planning process. From the start, I help establish your budget, build your vendor team, create a clear planning roadmap, and provide guidance so every decision has structure and direction. Throughout the process, I manage communication, track details, review contracts, coordinate logistics, and help shape your overall design direction so your wedding feels intentional, cohesive, and true to you. As your wedding approaches, I transition everything into execution mode, finalizing timelines, confirming vendors, and ensuring every detail and person involved is aligned and prepared. Think of me as your wedding planning partner and project manager, keeping everything organized and moving forward so you can enjoy the process without having to manage every detail yourself. When your wedding day arrives, everything is in place and you can be fully present to enjoy it. Most couples invest $10,575–$12,500 for Full Planning, with final pricing customized based on guest count, location, logistics, and overall complexity.
