Setup and breakdown of décor require additional staffing if needed. Most couples invest between $2,475–$2,675 for wedding day coordination. Final pricing is customized based on guest count, logistics, level of complexity, and location.
Partial Planning. - For couples who’ve started planning, but need expert guidance to bring it all together.You’ve booked a few vendors, saved a hundred ideas, and now you’re realizing the same thing most couples do at this stage: there are a lot of moving parts, and it’s time for professional support to connect them all. That’s where I come in. Partial Planning bridges the gap between getting started and getting everything finished, cohesive, and actually executable.I step in where you are right now, reviewing existing contracts, identifying what’s missing, and helping you make confident decisions that align with your vision, budget, and logistics.From there, we refine your design direction, finalize remaining vendors, and bring structure to everything that still feels scattered or incomplete.As your wedding approaches, I take over vendor communication, confirm logistics, and build a detailed, real-world timeline that ensures your entire team is aligned and prepared.You’re not starting over, you’re finishing strong, with professional support guiding every step from here to “we’re getting married. Full Planning. - For couples who want expert guidance from the very beginning, and a professional managing every moving part along the way.You’ve said “yes,” and now you’re stepping into a process that’s exciting… but also quickly overwhelming. Full Planning is designed for couples who want a professional in their corner from day one to final send-off.From the start, I take the lead in building your vendor team, establishing your budget framework, and creating a clear planning roadmap so every decision moving forward has structure and direction.Throughout the process, I manage communication, track details, review contracts, and handle the logistics that most couples don’t have the time, or desire, to manage alone.I also guide the creative side of your wedding, helping shape your overall design direction so your vision feels intentional, cohesive, and fully brought to life across every detail.As your wedding approaches, I transition everything into execution mode, finalizing timelines, confirming vendors, and ensuring every person involved is aligned and prepared.Think of me as your wedding project manager and your built-in planning partner, keeping everything organized, moving, and under control so you don’t have to.When your wedding day arrives, everything is already in place.
