Thank you for inquiring about We Rock Camps!
We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting an all-inclusive School's Out program is for *ALL* children with *ALL* abilities. Each week, camp will host a specific theme that all group activities and art projects will follow! During camp, your child will experience imaginative play while they explore the city they live in, dive into the ocean, play like animals, and blast off into space during camp! Camp ONLY takes place in the We Rock the Spectrum - North Orlando facility. There will be NO field trips.
Camp Enrollment & Cancellation Policy
Camp is held Monday through Friday from 9 am until 1 pm, unless otherwise stated. Camp enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. The enrollment opportunity we provide for all families to choose the weeks and days they attend is unique, like all of our summer plans! Once your enrollment form has been received, We Rock the Spectrum - North Orlando will process your request and your selection will be held. Because of the nature of our camp, we only allow for a minimal amount of clients to attend to ensure we are able to prompt appropriate skills and work with each child individually.
All campers *must* have had a recent Open Play with us to assess needs and ensure appropriate supports can be in place for your child. We will discuss any concerns we have with you let you know if we are unable to care for your child.
All services and fees paid are non-refundable. Refunds, credits, or makeup days for missed services will not be offered for any reason. By registering your child for camp, you are hereby acknowledging that you have paid to hold a spot for your child, and if the child does not attend, a refund, credit, or makeup will not be issued for any reason.
We are not requiring an enrollment processing fee at this time. However, we will be processing a non-refundable deposit of $25 per day enrolled. Once your form has been processed, you will be called for payment.
Our age range is typically 3-10. While we understand accidents happen, campers *must* be able to toilet independently, no matter their age. Our ultimate goal is to have campers separated by age groups, but at times due to the number of participants, groups may be combined.
Please Note: WRTS - North Orlando is not a licensed daycare facility.
Early Drop-Off And Late Pick-Up Policy
Camp starts promptly at 9 am and ends at 1 pm. We cannot take children early for their scheduled camp session. Doors will remain locked until 9 am as staff are scheduled accordingly. Students will NOT BE PERMITTED behind the gate until 9:00, when they are checked in. Late pick-ups will incur a charge of $15 per any part of a 30 minute block. There is not an option for Wrap-Around Care at this time.

Behavior Policy
We Rock the Spectrum - North Orlando is a full inclusion gym for ALL kids of ALL abilities. This includes all behaviors. Our staff understands that all campers exhibit different behaviors for different reasons. With this being said, we want to ensure that ALL campers are safe during their days at camp. If we observe campers exhibiting aggressive behaviors, parents will be notified immediately and required to pick up their child. Aggression is the act or attempted act of causing harm to another. This may or may not include hitting, kicking, biting, shoving, pinching, or pulling hair. Aggression may or may not leave a visible mark on another individual and it is up to our staff to determine what constitutes aggression.
**While we try to accommodate all children, we reserve the right to ask you to pick up your child if his or her behaviors are violent or unsafe towards him/herself, other children, and/or staff.**
