1. Grant of Rights
Participant grants Producer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to record, film, photograph, and otherwise capture their likeness, voice, statements, and performance (the "Content") in connection with 216 Creator Studios. Participant further grants Producer the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, display, and use the Content in any media format, now known or later developed, including but not limited to podcasts, social media, websites, advertising, and promotional materials.
2. Compensation
Participant acknowledges and agrees that they shall receive no monetary or other compensation for their participation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Ownership and Use
Participant acknowledges that Producer shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content. Participant waives any claims to royalties or other compensation related to the use of the Content.
4. Release and Waiver of Claims
Participant releases and discharges Producer, its affiliates, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or misrepresentation.
5. No Obligation to Use
Producer is not obligated to use, publish, or distribute the Content and retains sole discretion over its use.
6. Representations and Warranties
Participant represents that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent and that they have the right to grant the rights stated in this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the state of Illinois.
