VIRTUAL CALL POLICY
- The initial virtual call is 15 minutes or less.
- You will receive an email with instructions to join, plus a reminder email the day prior.
- Virtual call appointments must be scheduled 72 hours in advance.
- No calls on Sunday or Monday.
- You consent to having all video calls recorded for quality assurance.
LATE ARRIVAL & CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you don’t join the call within 5 minutes of the start time, the session will end and a $3 fee will be applied.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Every appointment email includes a Cancel/Reschedule link.

To make the most of our time together, we kindly ask that conversations stay centered on styling. If the discussion shifts away from that purpose, the call may be ended early at our discretion.
