RULES
Entry Fee: Each entry is $20 and will be billed to your bidder number at the conference.
Submission Method: Only entries submitted via the official JotForm will be considered. No mail-in or emailed entries will be accepted.
Deadline: All entries must be digitally submitted by 11:59 p.m. on April 10, 2025. This will be strictly enforced.
Eligibility Period: All entries must be reflective of the auction industry and must be created between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
Format Requirements:
All entries must be in original format; no color enhancement or edits outside of original content.
Digital Division entries must be submitted as website URLs, JPG, PDF, or digital video files.
Only the first two minutes of video entries will be judged.
Each entry in the Photography Division must be a single photo, not a collage.
Each entry in the newspaper/magazine category must be a full-page ad, not a collage of different ads.
Entry Restrictions:
The member whose name appears on the entry form must be a current FAA member in good standing.
Only one entry is allowed per Auction Company in each category (except where noted).
Each item may be entered into only one category.
Complete one form for each entry and select only ONE category per submission.
Forms cannot be changed once submitted.
Judging:
Entries will be judged by a panel of professionals representing advertising, marketing, graphic arts, newspaper publishing, and auction backgrounds.
The judges and/or FAA Marketing Committee reserve the right to move any entry to a more appropriate category.
There will be a first place awarded in each category.
"Best of Show" will be chosen from all first-place award winners.
"People's Choice" will be chosen by members attending the FAA Annual Conference. Each member gets one vote. Ballots must be submitted by 12:00 PM on April 14, 2025.
Restrictions: Once an item has won in a category, it may not be entered again in future marketing contests.
The FAA and Marketing Contest Committee are not responsible for any technical issues with digital submissions.
