Applications will be accepted from April 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026. A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 is required and must be submitted at the time of application. Only completed applications with confirmed payment will be considered.

Each submission will undergo a formal review process. Applicants selected for membership will receive official notification via email.

Please be advised that the Krewe of Nandi maintains full discretion over all membership decisions.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and affirm my intent to align with the standards, expectations, and mission of the Krewe of Nandi. Membership within this esteemed sisterhood represents a commitment to excellence, service, and active engagement within the community.

Application & Fee Requirement
A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 is required at the time of submission. Applications submitted without confirmed payment will not be considered. This fee is solely for application processing and does not apply toward membership dues.

No Refund Policy
All payments made to the Krewe of Nandi—including, but not limited to, application fees, membership dues, rider fees, and merchandise—are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. These funds are immediately allocated to support the Krewe’s operations, programming, and community initiatives.

Membership Experience & Engagement
Membership provides access to curated experiences, exclusive events, and a distinguished network of women committed to service, leadership, and sisterhood. Members are expected to actively participate, attend meetings, and contribute their time, talents, and presence to advance the organization’s mission.

Financial Commitment
By applying, I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all financial obligations associated with membership.

Initial membership fee is due in full on or before May 1, 2026 to activate membership status.

All dues must be paid in full by September 30, 2026 to maintain active standing and privileges.

A late fee of $25.00 per month will be assessed for payments received more than five (5) days after the selected payment plan due date.

Adherence to Standards
I agree to uphold and abide by all bylaws, policies, procedures, and directives established by the Krewe of Nandi. I understand that these standards are in place to preserve the integrity, excellence, and sisterhood of the organization.

AGREEMENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In the event I am accepted into membership, I agree to fully comply with all governing bylaws, rules, and regulations of the Krewe of Nandi. I acknowledge that my participation in all Krewe-related activities—including, but not limited to, parades, galas, meetings, and events—is voluntary.

I hereby release and hold harmless the Krewe of Nandi, its Board of Directors, leadership, and members from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation.

I further acknowledge that all payments remain non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, public safety decisions, directives from parish officials, law enforcement actions, or decisions made by the Board of Directors. In the event the Krewe is unable to parade during the 2026 Mardi Gras season, all funds will be retained and applied to the subsequent carnival season.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By submitting this application, I am making a binding commitment to fulfill all financial and participation obligations associated with membership. I understand and accept that all fees are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

I acknowledge that membership within the Krewe of Nandi is a privilege, not a guarantee, and is granted at the sole discretion of the organization.
