The Saudi Society for Rheumatology ("Society") is committed to advancing education in the field of rheumatology. To support this mission, we request your permission to use your presentation materials presented dueing the 11h SSRC confernce of the SSR for educational purposes.

Authorization and Consent

By signing this form, I hereby grant the Saudi Society for Rheumatology the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display my presentation materials, including slides, video recordings, and audio recordings, solely for educational purposes on the Society’s website.

The presentation materials will be used exclusively for educational purposes.
The Society will not modify the content of the presentation without prior approval from the speaker.
This authorization is valid indefinitely unless revoked in writing by the speaker.
The speaker retains full ownership of their intellectual property rights in the presentation materials.
The speaker may request the removal of their materials from the Society’s website at any time with reasonable notice.
