She Rises Studios and First Name* Last Name* , purchasing this opportunity, will co-author the book together with other hand-selected co-authors. All parties will share responsibilities in marketing the book on social media and other ways that the author sees fit.Book Summary: She Rises Studios' book project will include everything in the attached exhibit A. The investment for this book project is $500 as paid by First Name* Last Name*. Terms: She Rises Studios Publishing With You will take responsibility for publishing the book (formatting, editing, distribution, etc.). She Rises Studios and First Name* Last Name* purchasing this opportunity, will write their part of the book (1 chapter) and submit it to She Rises Studios by an agreed-upon deadline.Chapter Deadline: All chapters shall be due within the time frame provided to you by the She Rises Studios Publishing team. Right to Cancel:Studio’s Right to Cancel:She Rises Studios reserves the right to cancel this contract with a 30-day written notice. In the event of such a cancellation, Talent will receive a prorated refund based on the work completed up until the cancellation date.Talent’s Right to Cancel:Talent may cancel the contract at any time; however, by doing so, they forfeit the package and all rights to any refund, under any circumstances.Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA):Talent agrees to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), under which all materials, strategies, and processes shared by She Rises Studios throughout the publishing process are considered proprietary intellectual property of She Rises Studios. Talent agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information shared by She Rises Studios and not to disclose, reproduce, or use any materials or methods for any other purpose outside of the agreed book project without explicit written consent from She Rises Studios.Arbitration:All disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved solely through arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitrator will be located in the State of California. Notice in writing is required to initiate arbitration. Acknowledgment:I agree to the terms of the contract as described above. I understand that by signing this form, I am releasing this content (defined above) to She Rises Studios Publishing for the express purpose outlined above.
